"My friend will only drink Chocolate Martinis. Her favorite is from Tony Roma's. We called the bartender who shared her recipe. This is different from everyone else's. I make this up and store it in a small drink container in the fridge and whenever my friend comes over it is ready to go."

"Yum! I skipped the Amaretto (didn't have any) and only had regular vodka (so I added a drop of vanilla extract. Based on the other reviews, I just added a quick squirt of chocolate syrup. It's delicious! Thanks!"
"Very rich and chocolatey. Yum! Thanks for sharing the recipe!"
"MMMM! I used sugar free chocolate syrup and still really enjoyed this! Very smooth and tasty. Thanks so much mary!"
"Whew, this is so rich and choco-Late! A Great Martini if your craving something really sweet or dessert ;) It's always nice to get recipes from a bartendar... so on that note Mary, I'm rating this based on his recipe. I enjoyed it, don't get me wrong. It's perfect for when you want a creamy chocolate adult dessert in a glass! Yum.... (Made for Bevy tag 6/08) Cheers ~V"
"This is a nice solid martini. Like another reviewer noted; it seemed just a tad too sweet or chocolatey & I found by only using the chocolate syrup on the rim that it took care of that. A very nice smooth dessert drink!"
"I enjoyed this, but I thought it was a tad too sweet for my taste. I can't believe I'm saying this, but it was almost (note I say 'almost') too chocolaty. ;) I halved the recipe for myself and shook with ice. Next time I would still half it but only use 1/2 oz. of the chocolate syrup. I also added a bit of milk to tone it down a bit."
"this is an awesome drink!"
"Made for Holiday Tag 2007. Great drink to help you relax on a cold evening. Nice smooth chocolatey taste."
"Wonderful. Tastes like melted chocolate but a lot more potent! I got impatient waiting for the drink to chill in the fridge so I put it in a cocktail shaker and shook it up with a little ice. Loved this one.(The recipe actually makes 2 servings)"
"Oh my, this is good! And potent! While I was grabbing the vanilla vodka, I noticed that I also had a bottle of raspberry vodka, so I grabbed it too. Both versions were creamy and yummy. Can't wait to share these. Thanks Mary for a new favorite."
"OMG!!!! This is absolutively delicious. I've never had a martini, vodka or gin, and didn't know what to expect. I purchased vanilla vodka especially to try out chocolate martinis. I only made this one, and can't wait for it to chill. Even room temperature, it's fantastic."
"This was a very good drink. It is very rich, a great dessert drink! I crushed up a candy cane to coat around the rim of the glass, it was a big hit!"
"last year on a cruise i drank 4 chocolate martinis and it was ugly, this recipe for chocolate martinis would be worth getting sloshed again. chocolate and creamy and very very good, but i shared it with my daughter and she loved it too"
"This is by far the best Chocolate Martini I have EVER had!!! I made up a pitcher of them and invited a couple of my girlfriends over to share in this treat. We had brie cheese, assorted crackers and these wonderful martinis. The girls now think I'm Goddess, ha, ha, ha. What a great afternoon we had!!!! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe, Mary Winecoff. "
