"This is so easy and so good. We had leftover pork tenderloin and simply used that. Because my pork was already cooked, I cooked the vegetables first and added the pork at the end to warm it. I used a full packet of store bought fajita mix and it was perfect."

"Really good, basic fajitas! I used recipe #28011 for Fajita Seasoning Mix and it was excellent. Might use even little more than just 2 tsp of it. I served these with sour cream only, no need for any other garnishes, they where so tasty on their own."
"These were very good. Used shredded smoked pulled pork instead of tenderloin, and just added to heat with the peppers and onions. The smokiness went well with the other ingredients. I'll try it with tenderloin next time which I'm sure brings it over the top. Thanks ciao!"
