"I made these with fingerlings potatoes and crushed garlic.they turned out fantastic. I love to use my microwave for cooking. Now I have to look for Hungarian paprika; I have the regular one.I will be making these again. Thanks for posting. Rita"
"These are great! Thanks for a FAST low cal munchie idea!"
"This really works! I used Hungarian smoked paprika instead of sweet and it really gave the potatoes a great flavor. I wanted french fries to go with the burgers I had made, but didn't want to heat up the kitchen. These potato wedges were the perfect answer. Thank you!"
"Very easy to make. Next time I will probably add more of the italian seasoning mix and maybe some tabasco for a little kick. Be sure to cut your potatoes in the same size for equal cooking."
"These were really good fries ~ I used russet potatoes and thought the amount of seasoning was perfect. Also appreciate the ease of cooking them in the microwave."
"This was fun and easy! We made each batch with different seasonings just to play around. they were all terrific. thanks Uncle Bill."
"Made these for my husband tonite! Sometimes I can't find the time to bake his potatoes in the oven so this recipe will come in handy! I used one potato (peeled it) but kept the seasoning amts the same. I used 1/4 + 1/8 tsp garlic powder instead of the granules, and used garlic salt for the regular salt. I cut them into "strips" so they'd resembles fries & forgot to use the parmesan! Will remember for next time. I cooked mine for about 6 min. They weren't crispy like my man likes them, but they were yummy dipped in ketchup & went very well with his barbecued chicken sandwich :-). Thanks so much for sharing!"
"Absolutely brilliant - tastes great, easy to make....i will be making this again - thanks for posting....."
