"I'm not sure where I found this recipe, but it has become one of our family favorites. It is so quick and easy to put together and does not require marinating time. This is excellent for summer meals because it's so light. Also great sliced over salad greens for a complete meal."

"We loved this! It was so moist and tender. What a quick and easy recipe. The flavors blend so well together. I let mine marinate for about 45 minutes while I prepared the rest of the meal. Made for "Top Favorites of 2009" tag game. Thanks for posting. :)"
"Great marinade. I used this to marinade chicken tenders, which I grilled and wrapped in a pita with tzazki, olives, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and feta. My husband and kids all loved it."
"A decent basic "marinade" (really more of a rub) using ingredients you probably have on hand. The flavors were decent, but not good enough to become my go-to marinade."
"Super easy and yummy. What more do you want? I covered about nine or ten chicken tenders with this, grilled them, and then put them in wheat tortillas to make wrap sandwiches for dinner. Gone in a flash! I didn't even need any extra sauces like mayo or mustard like I usually do for wrap sandwiches, the chicken was good enough by itself. Thanks for a goody, Paula."
"This was super easy, even for a novice cook. I doubled the recipe but would probably reduce the salt by half and the garlic by a quarter. I then placed diced chicken in a bag, in the fridge for several hour and cooked over a BBQ on skewers. Mmmm, delish!"
"This was good. I used less salt. Next time I would add more lemon and less oregano. Served two."
"Really liked this marinade. I did add a smidge more olive oil. Cut the chicken and placed it on a Greek Salad--very delicious and oh, so easy! Will do this again."
"This was really great. Thank you for posting."
"I marinated boneless skinless chicken breast in this marinade overnight. I found there was not enough marinade. The taste was good but we found it a little bland. Maybe more garlic would be great. Thanks Paula :) Made for All you can cook buffet"
"Great rub for chicken!! I left overnight in the ziploc bag and made on a skillet with butter and canola oil the next day and it was amazing. I put this on top of spaghetti with a mushroom creamy sauce and it was perfect."
"I loved this!"
"This is amazing! The chicken is so moist and flavorful, and for minimal effort that is always a winner! I made it about 11am and grilled the chicken at 5 and the flavor exploded in your mouth. We served it sliced over Greek Salad and topped with tzatziki. We devoured it, and I plan tp make it again very soon!"
"Very yummy, my DH said I should make more of this."
"Very good, lots of flavor and VERY simple. We loved it."
"I have made this about ten times now. I've used it for kebabs, chicken peices, and breasts, and it's great every time!"
"good and eazy"
"This marinade is fantastic! The only change I made was adding a bit more oil as I found it a little to thick to coat well. Thanks Paula! :)"
"Fantastic, I made this recipe last nite, I made it as is & doubled the recipe. Made it on the BBQ. Next time I will use vegetable oil. Thank you for this great recipe. Gilles, Montreal"
"very good, very easy!"
