"This recipe comes from Emeril Lagasse but I doubled the honey. Cook time is the chill time"

"This sauce is just amazing. You can dip anything in it and it will taste good. I had been looking for such a dipping sauce to match other sauces that I have had at restaurants and this is it. Who knew that such simple ingredients would taste so so good. I will make this many many times in the future. Even my kids liked it."
"Superb!! I love the addition of the honey, for flavour and also for the thickness that it gives the usually thin soy based sauces. My favourite thus far, thanks Luby. "
"This was an excellent dipping sauce. I followed directions exactly except that I added a thinly sliced green onion to it. Served this with crispy potstickers during the football game and DH was in heaven! The only thing I will do differently is to double it next time. Thanks for the great recipe Luby!"
"This a really good dipping sauce recipe; it has been very difficult finding a decent one for dumplings/potstickers online, this one comes closest to the sauce served in my favorite chinese restaurant. If people find it too sweet, you can always reduce the honey to tone it down and maybe add a splash of sherry."
"Oh, was this good! Served with Chia's tempura, and another dipping sauce, 68341 for my husband's first ever tempura dinner! This sauce was sweet and very very nice! Fast, easy to do, no reason ever to buy sauce. I used black sesame seeds, as that was all that I had, didn't really need any I think..."
"This is such a beautiful and delicious sauce! We used it as a dipping sauce for eggrolls and steamed dumplings and it was perfect!"
