"If you LIKE this recipe you will LOVE my variation. Replace the 2 cups of mayo to 1 CUP. Mix in 2 CUPS fresh grated PARMESAN cheese. OMIT the olive oil. Mix the rest ( green onion, garlic ) with the above changes. Slice a fresh baguette in 2 inch slices. Spread with this DIVINE mixture and place under the broiler / grill till browned and bubbley. To DIE for !! Wonderful with any meal or use as a pass around hor's on a platter. ;)"
