"These crisp, twice baked cookies are delicious dipped into chocolate fondue!"

"Just not my cup of tea. Thanks for sharing."
"I made these with cardamon instead of cinnamon and they were so good, I couldn't keep myself away from them! I also added some slivered almonds for added flavor which was a great addition!"
"This biscotti is delightful. I made a wee mistake and added all of the cinnamon to the batter instead of reserving some for the topping. I just continued on and added more cinnamon and sugar on top at the end. It still tasted great. Although others stated that they did not bake for 50 minutes, I did and it was not too long in my oven. One thing I did find was the first loaf I tried to cut diagonally and they fell apart. The second loaf, I cut straight through and it did not crumble or fall apart. I sprinkled the sugar on one side, baked ten minutes, flipped and sprinkled the other side with sugar mixture, then baked for final ten minutes. Thx for sharing your recipe MarieAlice, I will definitely make this again."
"I made these last night, and ...you know, maybe I did something wrong (I keep looking at the recipe and I'm thinking not) but my biscotti came out really small, dense, and rock-like. I don't know- this is my first biscotti attempt and I'll try a new recipe soon, but I wasn't very satisfied with this. They taste great (if you can bite it without breaking your teeth) but I really feel like I might have messed up. Sorry."
"These biscotti were the perfect accompaniment to have with my Chai tea this morning! We truly enjoyed these delicious bites for breakfast no less! The flavors in these cookies were so good. We will have these often! Thanks for sharing!"
"i made these for a family gathering and they went down a storm. i stuck exactly to the recipe and the flavour was wonderful. i agree with bricookie55 however i found 50 minutes a little to long as they were looking very well done after 30 mins. wonderful biscotti thanks for posting."
"Very good!!!! I made these to give as gifts and they're perfect! Reminds me of a snickerdoodle biscotti!"
"These are great! I only had to bake them for 30 minutes the first time in the oven, then 20 minutes the second time in the oven. Turned out yummy and dunkable!"
"This is my new favorite biscotti recipe!! The cinnamon and sugar go perfect with coffee!! Absolutely perfect and delicious!! Thank you for posting!"
"These were very easy and they turned out perfect! Thanks!"
"These are great! I'm giving them 5 stars for taste, and because this was the first biscotti recipe I ever made that turned out perfect! I did alter it a bit...after I cut them into slices, I sprinkled half of the cinnamon sugar on one side, then flipped them and repeated. Then, instead of laying them flat, I stood them up so they would dry out more evenly their second time in the oven. These are delicious, and I think I'm going to add them to my holiday cookie list this year for gifts! Thanks so much for the recipe!"
"Very yummy! Great tasting with hot cocoa."
"was a biscotti virgin, but am namored with ease and taste added chunks of white chocolate"
