"Add ketchup to the sauce. (about 1/2 cup) It makes it even better. I've never known anyone who could keep their hands off this one. Soak the toothpicks in water prevent them from burning. And make plenty!"

"Simple and quick and oh so yummy. I'd eaten these before but never made them. The recipe showed up just in time for New Year's Eve. People couldn't stay out of them! I used a touch more sugar and a touch less soy sauce, and after the broiling I transfered them into the serving dish and left that in the oven around 250 for awhile to keep them warm and let them cook a little longer. Perfect!"
