"If you are a crispy chicken fan, then this one's for you, it's a delicious blend of seasonings mixed with cornflake crumbs and it makes for a very crispy chicken coating. The seasonings can all be adjusted to taste."

"This was delicious Kittencal! Thanks for another winner post!"
"This is so good (and easy!). My kids interrupted eating at least twice each to say how good it is. I used panko instead of the corn flakes, but it still baked up nice and crispy and perfectly seasoned. Thanks for another keeper Kitten!"
"This was very crispy, easy and juicy. My dh liked it very much. I think that next time I make it, I will either add some more spices to the mixture (perhaps cayenne) or have a bbq sauce to dip it in. I loved the crunch. Thank you very much for sharing this recipe!"
"I used chicken tenderloins for this, and otherwise followed the directions to a T. Mine turned out supercrispy and delicious. It was very spicy, but more of an aftertaste of spice, and I really enjoyed it. Thanks so much!"
"This turned out so great and tasted wonderful! Was very much enjoyed by all. Thanks lots KITTENCAL...."
"Carol, this was outstanding for baked chicken! I had 4 legs and 3 large breasts and used them. The only thing I changed was while trying to coat the 1st leg I found it didnt want to stick to well, so I beat and egg and dipped the chicken in it then in the crumbs, then I pressed any leftover crumbs into the chicken and baked as directed. They were wonderfully crispy and flavorful coming out of the oven, however the flavor is still there but the crispiness does not reheat to its potential! We loved it...Thanks Carol...this one is a keeper for me!"
