"This cake has been in my family for as long as I can remember! Very moist and fluffy cake. Great as a snack for the family or for a small gathering. I have received so many compliments on this cake! Use your imagination. It doesn't need to be topped with any icing, or can handle it if you do."

"This is a really good banana cake and so quick and easy to make! My kids loved it - and I will definitely be making it regularly. Thank you for sharing!"
"This is a fantastic banana cake recipe, by far the best I have ever tasted. It was very easy to put together and the results were delicious! I will be making this banana cake from now on! Thanks!"
"You're right---this is moist and delicious! Very tasty way to use up some bananas.:) I only had an 8-inch pan so I used it and added extra baking time. Thanks for sharing the recipe!"
"no other word for it.......deliscious..........I had 5 overripe bananas, so used all of them & added nearly 1/2 cup more flour..............In Aus, we have a flour called sponge flour, so, thinking this might be the same as cake flour used that........oven temp was 180 o C......cooking time 45 mins..........it came out perfectly.........thanks for sharing this recipe...............Oh gave 1/2 to my neigbour, and she & her DD loved it too !!!!!!!!!!"
"I baked this cake two days ago. Had a piece then, and thought it was pretty good. I'm having a piece again now, and am thinking this is better than pretty good. I don't know if not using cake flour is the cause (I used all-purpose), but my cake didn't turn out fluffy. Instead, it came out dense, moist, and apparently just perfect when it's had time to "sit" for a while. I also put in chopped walnuts. Thanks for a great recipe!"
