"I made the plain recipe but omitted the orange zest, not sure if it really needed the vanilla bean, I think a teaspoon of pure vanilla would have done the job, these are a light buttery cookies that just melts in your mouth, a wonderful addition to any cookie tray, thanks for sharing Toni!...Kitten"
