""The longer it sits, the better it tastes," you say. Ours was gone the first day. LOL! It's THAT good!!!"
"This is a great recipe. My girls made it for their grandparents anniversary. We made two 9 inch cakes instead of the bundt. The girls decorated with butter cream. The cake tasted amazing. I can't wait to make it again."
"MOIST, MOIST, MOIST!!! Followed recipe exactly, very pleased with results, thanks for posting."
"This was pretty good and aromatic. I didn't use the glaze thought. I iced it with almond buttercream and covered in fondant. Will do again."
"The cake was dry, despite the glaze, even after sitting out. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure why this didn't turn out for me. Thanks for the recipe anyway."
"This cake was simple to prepare and tasted great. It did last for 3 days and I thought that it did get a little dry, so I sprinkled some amaretto on the bottom and it was fine after that. Thanks for a great recipe."
"We had company and I served this cake. Everyone raved about it and how very moist it was. Thanks for submitting."
"My husband and I really enjoyed this cake. It halves well and is a great way to use up Amaretto. I actually found it at allrecipes.com where the recipe was already halved. Thank you for posting!"
"I made this as a house warming gift for a friend. she shared with everyone that was over and the LOVED it. her husband who doesn't like cake ate 3 pieces!!! they have already requested i make it again for tomorrow so that's what i'm doing. the only thing i did was add a little coconut rum to the amaretto and used vanilla extract instead."
"Very quick, very easy and very good! This baked up quick and was gone by the next day. Thanks for a great recipe!"
"Only had coconut amaretto but it was still so good and moist. Think I'll get some strawberries and whip cream and make it into a Strawberry Short-Cake. It is so good with anything!"
"I made this last night for my friends Oscar party & because I had some extra amaretto to use up. I would definitely increase the glaze next time but other than that, a good dessert with a yummy almond taste. Thanks! "
"I have made this cake 4 times already and it keeps getting better and better. The requests for it DO NOT STOP! My family and friends thank you but our waistlines don't :)This quickly became an all around fav. Thanks for sharing!"
"This cake is terrific! Everyone loved the amaretto flavor. I made it a day in advance and it was still moist and tasty. I will make this cake a lot. Thank you!"
"I made this for a group gathering and everyone raved about it, even the kids. I baked it in a stone bundt pan and was afraid it would stick if I let it cool completely in the pan. So I let it cool for 10 minutes, turned it out on a plate enough to free it from the pan, then put it right back in the pan before proceeding. I used a wooden skewer to poke the holes (perhaps a hundred), then poured on the glaze. I thought it was not going to all absorb into the cake, but when I served it 8 hours later, it was completely distributed. I thought it a very sweet cake, the others thought it perfect."
