"I generally only like one type of potato salad, but I tried this one once because it sounded interesting and I was thrilled with the result. It tastes incredibly light and refreshing and the radish adds a nice bite to it. It's my most requested potato salad recipe. From Fine Cooking magazine."

"This is my favorite potato salad recipe. I also like to add lots of hard-boiled eggs in mine, but that's a matter of preference. Thank you for posting!"
"What a refreshing and different take on potato salad! Even the traditionalists in our family asked for seconds. The lemon and dill give it such a vibrant flavor, and the radishes are a great crunch. I will absolutely make it again."
"A real winner! I didn't have any radishes, but I followed everything else exactly. The lemon surprised me (I have never had lemon in a potato salad before). Will be making again and again and again!"
"I would rate this five stars except that it won't save my stars for some reason... This is my new favorite potato salad - I love the radishes and the lemony flavor. I didn't have cream on hand so I left it out, and I didn't miss it (I like my potato salad a little on the dry side anyway.) Delicious - thanks for sharing it."
"Wow! This turned out so well- thank you thank you thank you! I used small purple gourmet potatoes since the market was out of red, and it looked like the perfect 4th of July food (red, white & blue). Great balance of flavor with all that fresh lemon and dill. The only ingredient I was out of was celery, but it wasn't missed. I can't wait to make this a lot next summer. A+"
