About This Recipe
"Quick & simple and a kid favourite."
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 packages chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package colored mini marshmallows
Directions
- On stovetop or in microwave melt first 3 ingredients.
- When melted add vanilla and marsmallows, mix well and put in a buttered 9x9 (can use a 9x13 but they will not be as thick) Place in refrigerator to set& cool.

"Oh so good!! I combined this recipe with your Butterscotch Mellows (#62358) by using half butterscotch and half chocolate chips. Some of the quantities were vague so I used 24 oz chips and a 10.5 oz bag of mini mallows. I thought it could've used more mallows. Melted the ingredients in the microwave, which made it really easy and quick to throw these together. Thanks for the recipe Rhonda!"

"These were thick and really rich but good. I had trouble with the marshmellows melting before I could get them in the 9x9 pan and I seem to think thats what caused the thickness. All in all its a nice treat to have around. Thanks for the recipe."
