"This is a quick and easy throw together that is quite tasty."

"I went to my boyfriend's for lunch on my lunch hour from work and being the non cook that he is ;he didn't have much in his fridge or pantry. I remembered looking at your recipe and decided to try it. Of course he had to run to the store to go get the soup and the noodles. I left out the oregano couldn't remember how much water to add but I winged it. It turned out really well. I liked the taste combination of the tomatoes and the soup mix. This was a really simple, fast and delicious meal. Next time I'll add the oregano and I'm sure it will taste ever better."
"We are in the middle of a complete kitchen remodel. I have had to be very creative cooking on a hot plate and the bbq! This was great I made it in my electric skillet. Did add a little more parmesan, than it called for. Made quite a lot so sent it to work with my husband and he said it was even better the next day."
"This is a quick, tasty casserole. Perfect for a last minute potluck dish or quick family meal. Thanks for posting."
"A very good recipe for goulash! I followed exactly. I noticed where some said it was "soupy". You might have not had your ingredients at a hot enough simmer for the 20 minutes. I did use elbow macaroni, but wish I had used different pasta shapes as the photos show. Anyway, it was tasty, made a lot, was cheap, easy, one skillet, and we enjoyed it! What more could one ask of a recipe? Rhonda, thank you for your post!"
"Good and easy, the only thing I didnt do was add the noodles to the mince, simply because DH wanted to have savoury mince in the fridge to have in pita bread, so I did the noodles separately. Otherwise I'm a huge fan of one-dish meals!!! I added sliced mushrooms and celery, simply to up the veggie content. Very good recipe, thank you, Rhonda"
"My kids (age 9 & 7) actually ate it right down so it's a keeper. I cut the recipe in half because I had a half pound of ground vension to use up. Also used whole wheat pasta. Turned out great! Very quick & easy."
"I really liked this recipe! Easy to make and didnt take too long to cook. My boyfriend just loved i! He ate serval bowls of it!"
"This was just 'ok'... I didn't particularly like the flavor. I followed the recipe exactly, except I used whole wheat pasta as I always do. It was TOO soupy-- no sauce stuck to the noodles. My husband did like it a lot which is why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 3."
"This turned out so good! I made this with ground turkey, but otherwise followed the directions. I did need to add a little salt to it. My kids absolutley loved this! All three of them. They said Souper Skillet Pasta is souper! This is very easy and I usually have all of the ingrediants on hand. Thank you for a great recipe! I will be making this often!"
"We thought it was ok. Followed the recipe exactly, but wasn't completely crazy about the flavor. I will probably make it again, but not regularly, and when I do I will use less soup mix."
"Good fast meal. I added some red and green peppers and forgot to add the parmesan cheese. I will definately make this again.."
"I made this exactly as listed and it came out delicious. Thanks."
"Thanks for this nifty little dish Rhonda! I was looking for a skillet dish that would not heat up the kitchen since today has been a scorcher! All 4 of us really liked this. I used about 3/4 of the onion soup package and that was just right for us. Also, I parboiled the noodles for 5 minutes to remove the starch and then drained the water off and added to the recipe and carried on as written. Only complaint was the "tomato chunks" so next time I will use pureed to satisfy the kids. Thx again."
"I admit that I was shocked at how good this tasted! It is so simple that I didn't expect much out of it, but wow! This is now on my permanent menu rotation! (I halve it for 2. Half an envelope of onion soup mix is 2 Tbsp.)"
"Good and easy to prepare! I love one-pot recipes. Thanks!"
"I was surprised how tasty this was. I added a bullion cube to the water and used bow tie pasta. Once I added the parm cheese and stirred I put all in a 13 X 9 pan and topped with 2 cups of mozzarella. I baked it in the oven at 400 for 10 minutes. It was really good."
"Yesterday I cooked 1 onion diced, a package of mushrooms sliced, 2 red bell peppers diced with the meat. It was even better. All the family liked it even my little boy of 15 months old. I began to cook the pasta (fusilli) maybe 5 minutes and then added them to the mixture of beef, tomatoes... By mistake, I put 2 lb of ground beef but it was perfect. I used diced tomatoes."
"This turned out better than I was expecting for such a simple dish! My family enjoyed it. I did make some changes though. I only used a 14.5 oz can of tomatoes, and I didn't notice until I was dumping them in the pan, but they were the kind with diced peppers in them. To compensate, I used cilantro instead of oregano and cheddar cheese instead of parmesan and mozzarella. Next time I will pay better attention and prepare as written (though I will probably stick with the smaller size can of tomatoes)!"
"I wanted something quick and easy and this met both of those requirements. The only changes I made, was to only use a 14 1/2 ounce can of diced tomatoes since that's all I had.And I added a little bit of garlic powder as I was browning the meat. But other than that both my SO and I really enjoyed it.Thank you for posting, this will be made again."Keep Smiling:)""
