"Sesame, coconut, and pecans, what's not to like? I got this from Martha's Kitchen."

"Such delicious cookies! The sesame and coconut play off of each other, and the hint of pecan adds a subtle note that while not immediately detectable, further enhances the sesame and coconut flavours. They were a sure favourite around here - as much as we kept saying we were going to take them in to share them at work, we kept "forgetting" to do so. That the dough was so patient as well came in really handy - I made it on a Saturday, but didn't bake it until Monday. This will definatey go on cookie plates in the future! Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful recipe, Sharon! Made for PRMR Tag."
"Yummy! These are perfect cookies - crispy, not too sweet, and an excellent flavour. It's bascially shortbread with add-ins, which is great - easy and not unfamiliar for most. Thanks very much for sharing!!"
"Great recipe and the instructions were so wonderfully easy to follow! When making sweet recipes I really appreciate clear instructions as I make them relatively infrequently. A wonderful blend of flavours. These I have made for small thank you Christmas gifts, and I really do think that they'd have wide appeal. Because we've already enjoyed rather a few - well, a lot - of them, I've realised already that I'll be making another batch in a day or two. Thanks for sharing another super recipe, Sharon. Made for PRMR."
"Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe Sharon. I added these excellant cookies to my christmas tins this year. A big favourite with family and friends. What a lovely taste treat...we loved the combination of coconut, pecans and sesame seeds...they all compliment one another beautifully. I made a batch for my dh with dried pineapple chunks and sliced cranberries, coconut and sesames as he is allergic to nuts, both varities worked great resulting in crispy, tender, tasty cookies, which I will make again."
"I am adding this cookie to my Christmas cookie collection. The combination of coconut, sesame seeds and pecans really works. I drizzled the tops with chocolate to improve the appearance and as most of know chocolate can only add to an already wonderful cookie."
"I was attracted to this recipe by the unusual combination of ingredients and we weren't disappointed. It was great being able to preprepare the dough, I made it in the morning before work, and baked the cookies that evening. Great recipe."
