"A soft chewy cookie that is not too sweet. Seconds to make!"
Serving Size: 1 (408 g)
Servings Per Recipe: 1
"Wonderful! I use a sugar coated fork to flatten a bit and then push 3 or 4 chocolate chips onto the top. My co-workers love it when I bring these in. Thanks for the post!"
"Delicious! I like that they're not too sweet. I used the sugar-sprinkle, fork-flattening method and they turned out great. Use natural peanut butter and an omega-3 enhanced egg to make it healthier. If you divide it into 16 cookies, then 2 cookies equals 1 serving of peanut butter. I'm not sure I'd ever make them for a pot luck or function because they're slightly crumbly, but they make a fantastic home dessert."
"These are so good!! My husband is diabetic, so I used Splenda instead of the sugar, and they're great for him since they don't have flour, and they're super easy, which I always like. Thanks!!"
"They're not pretty, but they hit the spot with ingredients I always have on hand. I added about 1/4 cup chocolate chips, and I got 14 cookies out of this. Perfect for a quick weeknight sweet treat."
"The entire time I was baking these, I kept thinking to myself "There's no way this will work. It can't possibly set up as a cookie." I doubled the recipe and they still didn't last the night. These are wonderful!"
"These had a wonderful flavor, though the texture was a little unusual. I used Splenda in place of sugar and am unsure how much of an effect this had. These were delicious though, and the simplest cookie recipe I have seen. Thanks."
"These are perfect for my son who is diabetic, when he gets low blood sugar he can eat two of these and a glass of milk and he has had a treat and fixes his blood sugar. Peanut butter is good for diabetics. thanks for sharing."
"Very easy to make, my husband loves them, and they taste awesome. Thanks for the recipe."
"5 stars for ease and flavor. You will never find another one this good for the simplicity."
"I am amazed at how good these were. I couldn't imagine making cookies without some kind of flour or vanilla. But these are wonderful. Had to stop my boy from eating them all. Thanks! (redid this review because seemed I didn't click the stars! Sorry)"
"Excellent cookies! Great when you just want a few and don't feel like spending the day baking. My husband loves peanut butter, but never really cared for peanut butter cookies as they were always too dry. Thanks for the great recipe - my honey approves!"
"These are really good. I had got this recipe long back from a magazine and I truly loved making these:)"
"These were good for a quick fix, but they needed to be sweeter for our tastes. You can't, however, beat 3 ingredients and superfast prep. We will probably make them again though. Thanks for sharing!"
"These are my favorite P.B. Cookies. I always used a full cup of sugar, until I read your recipe. The 1/2 C makes them plenty sweet & that much healthier."
"I used Splenda and added about 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Not my absolute favorite, personally, but definitely a 5-star rating for ease!!! Kids love 'em too. Thanks!"
"Given only 3 ingredients. I find this to be very good. No way can it be compared to it's cousin, It still is very good. Now When you shape it into balls flatten it, then when you criss cross it push kinda hard on the cookie to spread it out more. This way you do not get that criss cross ball effect. Also , I used xylitol, and increased it by 3/4 c. You can add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla too. oH, I also used real peanut butter. I think it gives a much better taste then Jiff or the like. All and all this is a very good cookie."
"These were terrible. I only gave it more than one star because I DID eat a whole cookie. However, I threw the rest out. I used splenda and chunky peanut butter, maybe this was a mistake. However, they really were just like hot peanut butter. Not worth it at all."
"These definitely satisfied my peanut butter craving. Kids loved them. Would like to try them with chocolate chunks. Thanks!"
"Very tasty cookies and the ease of making them was a no-brainer. I used crunchy peanut butter and added chocolate chunks to the top of each. These DEFINITELY are better when they are fully cooled. Be patient. "
