"I cannot believe that this recipe was posted in early 2003 and has not yet been rated. I prepared the recipe as instructed and everything turned out great. However, I did not add the oil to the Pineapple Sauce as I did not feel it was needed (saved a few calories). The marinade gave the tuna a very nice taste. The Pineapple Sauce was outstanding ... just the right blend of hot, sweet, and sour. In addition, I served the Orange-Jalapeno Relish from recipe #23029. The Pineapple Sauce was a perfect accompaniment to the Relish and tuna. Thanks, BoxO'Wine for this very nice recipe."
