"This recipe comes out of an old church cookbook from the United Methodist Church of Modale, Iowa. I have made this numerous times and always get asked for the recipe."
1 1/2 lbs
lean ground beef
salt & pepper
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans
Mix the first 7 ingredients together well and shape into balls. Put meat balls in a 2 qt baking dish or 9 x 13 pan. Blend the remaining ingredients and pour over meat balls. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 325. I like to cover with foil and then uncover for the last half hour.
