"Whole chia seeds set up and turn into gelatin and this is really delish. Best if eaten within 24 hours. I use skim milk and Splenda to reduce calories but you could use coconut milk, whole milk, almond milk, etc as well as sugar, maple syrup, agave."

"This was my first experience with chia seeds and it was very good. My kids liked it, too. I would definitely make this again. I did make a couple of general changes, such as using milk in place of almond milk and brown sugar in place of the artificial sweetener splenda. Next time I will use coconut sugar; I was just out of it at the moment. Due to using regular milk, I did not let it sit out at room temperature for 2 hours, but instead let it gel in the refrigerator. It took a little more than two hours to gel which may be due to the temperature? Thank you for a first good experience with chia seeds."
"Fantastic! This is so easy, so good for you, and absolutely delicious! I used almond milk to make it even healthier. As easy as this is to make, I'm going to make it a lot!"
