"This is so easy to make ahead of time when you have company. Leave them on the counter uncovered. When ready to serve reheat in microwave 4 minute"

"Excellent taste, quick AND I had all of the ingredients in my cabinet except the kitchen bouquet, so I just did without that. My kids loved them too and asked for more. I'm marinading my Mahi Mahi in the sauce right now for tonight's dinner. Thank you Sage, I will be using this recipe over and over again on potatoes and more!"
"I enjoyed the ease of making this recipe. However, there is no way that I could have halved six medium potatoes and have them done in the time alotted. I cut them into quarters, and then cut them again into eighths. I didn't have Kitchen Bouquet...they don't sell it here, so I used Cavenders Greek Seasoning. To get them done in the microwave, I found that some of the potatoes got hard around the edges. I think they would have gotten done just as quickly roasting in the oven. I loved the flavor and the seasoning of the smoked paprika, thyme and butter though. We enjoyed these with grilled burgers tonight. Thanks for sharing! Made for ZWT5"
"This is a good way to make a potato side dish in a pinch. It's really quick and couldn't be easier. The flavor is very good. We prefer crispier potatoes, so next time I will put them under the broiler for the last 5 minutes. It will still be much faster than roasting potatoes. Thanks for such a neat idea."
"With the addition of lots of pepper these were pretty good. Nothing sensational, but I will have again probably. Thanks!"
"This is a nice convenient recipe that doesn't result in "microwavey" tasting potatoes, that flavor you get when you bake a potato all the way in the microwave, something I just can't bring myself to do. (I *will* nuke them for 4 minutes, then bake at 400F for about 30 minutes, though.) I can see quite a bit of versatility in the seasonings here and that's ALWAYS a good thing. Thank you for posting, Sage. :)"
"Well I'd certainly never heard of Kitchen Bouquet, but since Saturn had mentioned a Zaar. Kitchen Bouquet wanna-be recipe, I really wanted to try this recipe. The slight sweetness from the wanna-be recipe really complemented the blend of thyme and paprika, making these potatoes delicious - and quite different from any other potatoes I've eaten before. Made for EVERY DAY IS A HOLIDAY! Thanks for sharing such an unusual and flavoursome recipe, Sage!"
"Tried this recipe for ZWT4. WOW, I had to make a second patch because my DW and I ate the first batch and there wasn't any for my kids when they got home. I really like this recipe, the flavor, the ease in preparation and the appearance are are great. Thanks for a new regular recipe in my household."
"This is a very good recipe and very easy. We liked the potatoes a lot and will have them often, especially in the summertime when I don't like to use my oven. Thanks for posting Sage."
"Delish! And easy! I loved the ease of making this dish and the great color of the potatoes! Thanks Sage. Made for ZWT3."
"Oh My These were soooo good!!!!! The only complaint my family had was that I didn't make enuff!!!! These are perfect for a day you don't want to heat up the kitchen! Would be very easy to change up the thyme for another seasoning. Also, I just need about 10 minutes total and these were done!"
"We enjoyed this potato recipe. It is different & easy to make. I did end up dumping everything into a hot electric skillet (no oil added) to finish the potatoes. We liked the bit of crispness it added to the finished product. I served this with Saturn's Recipe #217948, corn muffins, and a green salad. Thank you for sharing your recipe!"
"This is a keeper. Delicious. I served this as a side dish for roast-beef."
"These were superb! I made them with my step daughter as the recipe was so easy to follow. Come meal time, we were fighting over who got the last ones! These were SO good! I didn't have any Kitchen Bouquet (and had never even heard of it) so I turned to Zaar. Recipe #75660 was perfect (as far as I can tell). I plan on making these again and again. Perfect timing in the microwave too! I used my 2L casserole dish and it was a great size. I didn't have 6 medium potatoes though so I ended up using about 9 small ones. I used what I had left in the bag. They were not the best looking ones so I peeled them before I cooked them. This recipe is so perfect! Thanks for posting!"
