"WOW!!! I wasn't really sure what to expect from steaming the radishes (DH was really skeptical) but this was really really delicious. It's hard to explain the flavor but so good and the presentation of the dish was wonderful...wish I could take a picture. Definately going into my Favorites of 2012 and one I will be making again. Thank you for posting. Made for New Kids on the Block Jan-June 2012. P.S. I followed the instructions completely."
