"This is a super easy recipe and not super sweet so it would be excellent served warm with a small scoop of ice cream for a dessert or since its not sweet it would also make a great breakfast treat. Note: Pumpkin puree is simply a can of Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin in a can"

"Bill has excellent tastes because this cake is very good. I didn't use the nuts, but we didn't miss them. The cake is much more simple than it appears and tastes. We liked it even better the second day, and also when it was cool. The crust was good and didn't come out soggy or mushy.
