"If you like stir-fried rice you'll love this recipe, as it is faster and easier. I serve it weekly as a side to grilled fish or chicken. Kids and adults both love it as you can control the ingredients and spice level. It is great to make on busy week nights for busy families with crazy schedules, and gets a few vegetables down the kids."

"Made for Zaar Cookbook Tag game 2012 and what a wonderful choice! I cut the recipe in half and like breezermom I didn't us all of the flavoring packet (1/4--1/2). I did use yellow and green zucchini, red onions, green pepper and some snow peas. What a tasty dish and one I will make again."
"I really liked this! In fact, I think it is good hot or cold. Very versatile, since you can use whatever veggies you have on hand. I used the soy sauce, and only used 1/4 of a flavoring packet for 2-3 servings (1 3-oz pkg of noodles). The veggies I picked were yellow squash, onions, broccoli, and red bell pepper. I used twice the amount of veggies called for, and really enjoyed the taste and color. Thanks for sharing! Made for PAC Spring 2012."
