1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup
1 1/4 cups
light corn syrup
( approximate- add milk until right consistency)
Cream together first three ingredients. Blend in light corn syrup and pinch of salt. Stir in eggs and 1 tsp of vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Pour into ungreased 9X13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
While brownies are cooking, prepare frosting. Mix together powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/3 stick butter, 3 tsp cocoa, and 3 TBSP peanut butter. Add milk, a TBSP at a time, until creamy. Brownies may be frosted warm.
