"I found this on another site and tweeked it just a little, adding lemon juice. Great with a holiday meal, or any weeknight is great too."

"I have been making a version of this for over a year now, so it's about time I reviewed it. I cut the oil way, way back in this recipe to make it more healthy, and although I don't measure exactly, I probably cut the honey back, too. At any rate, the flavor combination is out of this world. This is my absolute favorite brussel sprouts recipe. It's so good that my husband, who claimed not to like them, now gobbles them up and even offers to cut them in half so I can make this with less effort. Thanks for a great dish! Oops, almost forgot . . . if your sprouts are on the large side, you should definitely cut them in half! It makes a big difference in terms of cooking time and also in terms of distributing the flavor of the garlic/honey/mustard sauce. :)"
"Loved this so much! My 4 yo, who hates brussel sprouts liked it and asked me to always make it like this. I followed almost to the recipe...I did less honey and less oil, but the rest was the same. I had small sprouts, but I still halved them so the flavor would be all over. i forgot to squeeze some lemon on top, but I can not wait to try it like that next time! And trust me...I plan on making this A LOT!"
"Thoroughly enjoyed this tasty side! We love roasted veggies and thought the mustard, honey and garlic made a great complement to the Brussels sprouts. This is one we will be enjoying again, thanks for the post."
"Although I did use all the ingredients listed, I cut the recipe in half & at the end, included a small amount of lemon pepper! We do love Brussels sprouts, & your recipe dresses them up so nicely ~ Great flavor! Thanks for sharing! [Made & reviewed in Everyday Is a Holiday recipe tag]"
