"I googled 'bukhoor coal' & don't see that finding its way into my kitchen anytime soon. :( so I made the recipe without that finishing touch. dh of course said, "cardamom?!" oh well. I thought it was fabulous, younger dd did as well; the picky one not so keen. I chose this to use the seasoning that I made & reviewed for Veggie Swap. ;) Thank you!"
