"So easy! The prep for this recipe takes less than 5 minutes! The result is delicious fries that my whole family loves. Dip them in ketchup, honey mustard, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce! This is tweaked (only very slightly) from the Oven Steak Fries recipe from FlyLady.com."

"Simply delicious! I made this exactly as posted, using 3 large Idaho baking potatoes. They were perfectly done after 40 minutes. I did end up sprinkling some extra sea salt on the potato wedges before baking. This is so easy and the seasoning is so flavorful that I know I will be making this recipe again"
"This is a wonderful recipe. I reduced the salt to 1/2 tsp. I served mine with soutwest ranch dressing. Thanks Pale Rose :) Made for New Kids on the Block tag game"
"I chose to give your recipe a try added garlic and basil to the mix for more flavor, this trully is the best style fries I personally ever had. Great stuff Tom."
"So easy and good! The spice mix was simple and tasty on these fries. Thanks Pale Rose for a nice keeper. Made for I Recommend Tag."
"I not only loved the taste but also the smell. I have never made fries that smelled as wonderful as these did, my mouth actually began watering when I took them out of the oven. I will definitely be making these a lot."
"Loved em! Crispy and done perfectly for us at about 45 minutes!"
"Yummy potatoes! Great spice combination and perfectly cooked potatoes. Nice and crispy on the outside. Thanks for a great steak fry recipe!"
"Yum! Crispy, spicy potato goodness! :) I put this in my 'tried and true' cookbook, and will make them often, as an easy, tasty go-to side dish! Thank for sharing, Pale Rose."
"Sooo easy and very tasty! The cumin was a very nice touch :) Made for PAC spring '11."
"These were easy, fast, and yummy! I made them as soon as I saw the recipe. I used my own cajun seasoning and flipped the fries after 25 minutes. Thanks Pale Rose!"
"Made these as written, very good with just the paprika and cumin spicing them up. But I think you could go in any direction and add just about any seasonings! They browned up nicely and were a great compliment for roast pork. Made for PRMR 2/11."
"These were delicious, and very easy. We loved the cumin-paprika combination. Great recipe, thanks for posting!"
