"I got this from my Mom. She got it at her WW meeting. You can use any cake mix. Suggestions are chocolate, spice, or carrot mixes. I haven't tried it yet but I'm putting here on Zaar for safe keeping."
Serving Size: 1 (1061 g)
Servings Per Recipe: 1
"I just calculated these and they came out be 8 points per serving.wow.."
"I used a reduced sugar chocolate cake mix for this recipe and it turned out well. 12 nice big muffin/cupcakes and they were 3 points each based on the stats of my cake mix."
"I used one spice cake mix, one 15 oz can of pumpkin and one cup of water. I mixed it with the mixer until smooth and it made 24 muffins, which comes out to 2 p per muffin. These are the best thing I have ever made!"
"FYI: According to WW PointsPlus 2012, for 12 muffins using this recipe and a white cake mix these are 5 points per muffin. How are people getting 1-3 points then?"
"I have not made this as muffins but I have made it as a 13x9 cake. Very good but you might want to check the points...it's been awhile but if my memeory serves me right 1/12 of the cake was 4 ww points."
"I just calculated them also. They are 8 points each!"
"This is a very good recipe, but when I made it as stated in the recipe and checked the total counts for fat, protein, carbs and fiber, I come out with 2 points a muffin if you stretch the mix out to 24 muffins, if you make 12 the points come out to 5 points per muffin. I only gave this recipe 4 stars because of the incorrect point count."
"Absolutely delicious!!! I made mine with chocolate cake mix and added some fresh blueberries. I think I added about a 1/2 cup. They are a hit with the whole family. Will make these again!"
"So easy to throw together and they taste great!! I like to use the carrot cake mix the best. In a regular size muffin tin, I get 16 full sized muffins. Thanks for posting!!"
"I used to make these all the time when I was doing weight watchers. I like the chocolate as mini muffins (I felt like I was getting more!!) They are better the next day after being in an airtight container"
