"So good! I made a few changes, though. I didn't even try to scoop out the raw potatoes. I baked them, then scooped out the insides. I sauteed the onions and sausage, added cheese and filled the shells, baked for 30 mn. Yum! Thanks for posting! Made for PAC 2012"
