"I made these as directed with the exception of the bacon. I chose not to use the bacon to keep these vegetarian. I can easily imagine the bacon adding wonderful flavor. I would have liked these to be spicier, but that was probably due to my choice in peppers. We thought they could have used more salt. Thanks for posting. Made for Fall PAC 2011."
