"This is one of my go to marinades for barbecued chicken. Its from Better Homes and Gardens all-time favorite barbecue recipes cookbook. This will marinate 4 to 8 pieces of chicken, about 3 pounds. Submitted to www.recipezaar.com on Feb. 18, 2010."

"This turned out delicious! I added a tad more tabasco cuz we like spicy and marinated for 4 hours. The chicken was wonderfully moist. Made for Cookathon for Papa D."
"Fabulous marinade! I marinated for about 6 hours.....ran home from work at lunch to start the marinade, then grilled when I got home from work. When I opened my zip lock bag, the smell of the marinade was devine. No one flavor overtakes another. The grilled chicken turned out exceedingly moist and with a very subtle flavor. I have to be honest....from the ingredients in the marinade I can't figure out why this is so yummy, but it is! Made for the Papa D Cookathon."
"I used boneless skinless thigh fillets and fried up in the pan, and also cooked up the onion and garlic from the marinade with the chicken and made for a great meal. Thank ou Papa D for a great marinade (think the tabasco was the ingredient that took this over the edge), made for Photo Tag."
"I made this last night to marinate boneless chicken breasts. I mistakenly left out the onions, but the final result after grilling was delicious! I used fresh parsley and also omitted the hot sauce. Next time, I will add the onions since everyone in the family enjoys their flavor. This recipe is a keeper! Thanks Papa D."
