"The truffle oil was over powering! It had a nice creamy texture however. Would make it again but with a few much needed adjustments. Half the truffle oil, add some real bacon crumbles. Besides too much truffle oil, this could be a real winner. I did the recipe exactly, even measured by weight the ingredients.
