"This is the way we love to eat Sliders AKA "Mini Burgers." Flavorful beef is combined with goat cheese and red onion on a Hawaiian roll to make a meal that is making my mouth water as I'm typing this. We serve these with homemade Savory Sweet Potato Fries (no sugary stuff, thank you very much--all savory!) Hope you enjoy these as much as we do. **You can change the amount of seasoning for the beef and fries based on your family's tastes. We are not much for measuring our ingredients!"

"These are great. Even my husband who hates when I make plain food "Gucci" loved them. I did have to make some changes. My store didn't have the Hawaiian roles, so I used slider buns. To make up for the loss of the sweetness in the rolls I caramelized the onions. I replaced the mustard with mayo. Finally, I made the beef as directed. They still turned out great. I didn't bother to make the sweet potato fries because I knew no one at my house would eat them. These were really good and I will make them again in the future."
