"Needed a simple dinner and this fit the bill. I used a pound of hamburger and followed the rest of the recipe as written. Next time I would add more to the filling for better flavor. Mine cooked in 10 minutes."
"Everyone enjoyed this recipe. It was a little bit tedious for the results, so I will probably not make it often. Instead of just hamburger for the filling I used hamburger, Italian sausage and chopped pepperoni. 5 minutes was not enough time for the cheese, so I bake the second pan for 10 mintes, added the cheese and baked another 10 minutes (instead of 15 and 5). "One of my all-time favorite recipes! My mom used to make these when I was a kid and there would never be any left over. I've started making them in huge batches because they are just as good the next day. We've made them with pepperoni before, or with pepperoni and hamburger mixed."
"I made these mini-pizza's for and after-school snack. Since I had leftover sauce and meatballs in the fridge, I smushed the meatballs to make a meat sauce, and spooned that mixture into the biscuit cups. I made 20 lil pizza's with my mini-muffin pan (which I sprayed with Pam). The kids, and their friends, devoured them! Thanks ~Leanne~, for a fun and very easy, great snack!"
