"Strudel—German for “whirlpool”—is known for its flaky layers of pastry folded around sweet apples. It is also known for being a difficult dessert to pull off. "Very easy to make and delish! I used dried cranberries instead of raisens. One could use any solid fruit and dried bits and nuts. I will make this again and again."
