"Posted for a quick, weeknight bread, or as a snack. This is delicious, but quick and easy. I came up with this trying to match a bread we get from a local pizzeria/sandwich shop. Close, but not quite!"

"Other than using some garlic powder, made as written, made for a nice addition to last nights meal, recipe#456149#456149, a great compliment to dinner. Made for Zaar Stars."
"Excellent! We loved it. Made as written but broiled a bit at the end to melt cheese and crispy it up. Thanks for posting Breezermom. We will make this again. It is a keeper. Perfect with pasta. Made for Market Tag Feb 2012. Enjoy! ChefDLH"
"So good! Like white pizza. Used garden grown herbs. Thanks made for ZWT 2011. Mischief Makers"
"So good! We had it with some Recipe #88242 and on Sourdough italian loaf... we totally pigged out on it! Used garlic powder and parsley instead of garlic salt."

"Yum! This is a really simple and great bread. I used a combination of mozzarella and Parmesan and loved the garlicky and cheesy flavor. Thanks breezermom for such a simple and quick bread. Made for Zaar Stars Tag."
"This is a great way to have garlic bread in just a few minutes. I used garlic powder instead of garlic salt and it was just perfect. Thanks Breezermom :) Made for Zaar Star Games"
"Mmm Mmm Good! Quick and easy with tons of flavor. Made using garlic powder and a mix of parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. We really liked the addition of oregano, it gives big hit of flavor that we just loved. Will definitely be making again. Thanks for the post."
"Great garlic bread!! I made this using mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. We enjoyed this with Recipe #393556 and Recipe #345703 and green beans!! I loved that it was so quick and simple to get into the oven. The only thing I did differently, was to bake the bread without the cheese first, in order to get it a little toasted first, then added the cheese. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for Potluck Tag Game."
"I made a half recipe and there was more than enough for 3 of us. I made up my own blend of cheese (parmessan and mozzarella) and I added dried garlic instead of garlic salt as I used salted butter (try to minimise salt though not exclude it completely) and after assembly went AHH forgot the oregano - oh well sprinkled on top and put to one side to cook later (in this case in the microwave oven to stop the flies getting at.) Thank you breezermom, made for Everyday A Holiday."
"Yep, good stuff! I used a blend of Parmesan, provolone, asiago, and mozzarella. I also used garlic powder instead of the garlic salt. Thanks for sharing!"
"Made this for lunch today using one those smaller baquettes. I halved the ingredients and used garlic powder instead of garlic salt. Worked out great! Very tasty! Next time I may serve it with sauce for dipping. Thank you breezermom! Made for Everyday Holiday Tag dec'09."
"Delicious! The only change I made was to use garlic powder instead of garlic salt. Made for Newest Zaar Tag"
"The bread had a good flavor but the cheese didn't really melt it just browned. And it was quite dry. Perhaps I will add the butter to the cheese next time."
"This is really yummy! Next time I would add a sprinkle of onion powder and paprika. For the cheeses, we used parmesan/romano blend, sliced provolone, and shredded white cheddar. We served it with marninara sauce as an appetizer. Great recipe, thanks for sharing your creation! :)"
