About This Recipe
"My dad sweet talked the barmaid at the local tavern for this recipe. It is so good on pork bones or pork ribs."
Ingredients
- 1 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons crushed ginger
- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
Directions
- mix all ingredients together.
- marinade ribs or bones.
- bake 150ºc til cooked.
