"This is a great twist on potato salad. I liked that there are a lot of veggies in it, and the smokey flavor from the chipotle. I thought it ened up being just a tad to spicy.And the mayo and yogurt aren't exactly safe choices for a picnic salad. I will use these flavora again for a potato salad though!"
"Your right, the dressing is scrummy! I cut the recipe in half for the two of us! Other than substituting an orange pepper for the red pepper, followed your recipe! Well, may have put in a little more adobo than the recipe, but hey we like'm spicy! The dressing was thin enough without adding milk."
"This has a nice crunch with a subtle heat. The quantities are right on target. I really enjoyed that the dressing was a mix of mayo and yogurt making this a little healthier. I was a little concerned about the addition of avocado but it does work nicely. Good luck in the contest."
"Very good! Just love chipotles and potatoes together. A bit high in fat so I opted for low fat mayo. This did make a lot of dressing creating a very creamy salad. Cut the dressing back and you`ll have less fat intake. The buttermilk is a must! With a slight adjustment with the dressing this would be 5 Stars! Thank you for a delish salad!"
