"I've usually used a "wet" jamaican jerk seasoning, such as Busha Browne's, but I use dry rubs on my ribs quite often. So I was ready to try this, and I loved the smell and taste of the combination of onion, chives, thyme, allspice, brown sugar, cayenne and black pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Of course, it wouldn't be complete without salt! I used kosher salt, and reduced it by 1/4 tbsp. Great Jerk Seasoning mix...thanks for posting it. Made for ZWT5."
