"I really liked this dressing; may make a big batch and served on salad greens with grilled chicken. I used fresh green beans that I steamed and some leftover grape tomatoes that I halved. this is a great summer salad since it is served cold and can transport since there is not mayo/cream dressing. Made for ZWT9."
"An enjoyable salad, a little different to my regular salads. Enjoyed for ZWT9 visit to the Caribbean region ."
"This is a really nice salad. I used canned green beans made but as directed otherwise. Simple and tasty. Thanks morgainegeiser for sharing. Made for ZWT9."
"A very nice green bean salad. I did use fresh garden beans, fresh tomatoes, basil and a sweet white onion. The beans were blanched until crisp tender and the salad prepared the night before. They were wonderful with barbecued ribs and corn on the cob. Made for ZWT9."
"A truly awesome refreshing salad! The dressing was terrific, I could have eaten the whole salad on my own :)
Thanks for sharing!
Made for ZWT 9 / Caribbean for The Apron String Travelers"
"This was awesome - the flavors blended perfectly. I used fresh green beans, otherwise as written."
"The flavors were unexpected and made a nice change from the usual boring bean salad. I used a can of green beans and a can of wax beans, both well drained and rinsed. I will make this again!"
"Loved the bright and yummy flavors of the honey and lime! A very nice salad! Thanks! Made for Vegetarian Swap-April 2010."
"Wow! What an unlikely but fantastically delicious combination of flavors. This would make a fabulous conversation piece at a future summer cookout. I love the combination of honey and lime but never considered pairing it with green beans--let alone tomatoes, onions, garlic and basil! Yummy! Thanks for sharing!"
"Absolutely Delish - Great to take to a cookout. Serve cold. Best when marinated over night. Rave reviews from scouts."
