"Easy and delicious! The mango puree was fantastic. I served over strawberries this time, but would love to try with other berries in the future. Thanks for sharing! ZWT9"
"Delicious and just the type of fruit salad I love! I used strawberries and a few blueberries. Served with fish sandwiches and chips -- wonderful summer supper! Thanks for sharing!"
"Love you, a bushel and a peck, a bushel and a peck AAAAAANNNNND a hug around the neck! Deliciously made for A-NZ#66."
"I used two cups of frozen mango for this recipe, then went with a combo of fresh blueberries, blackberries & strawberries, with the first 2 berries being the tastiest! Made this for a very light & flavorful dessert the other night when we had company over! Definitely something I want to make this coming Summer when all the fruits are at their peak! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed for my chosen partner in the Vegetarian/Vegan Recipe Swap 20]"
"This recipe attracted my attention for several reasons. First, the air conditioner broke down (a major problem in Arizona where today's temperature is 108 F degrees or >40 C degrees--conversion provided in honor of the Aussie/NZ recipe swap) and I wanted something refreshing and cool for dessert. Second, it is very similar to a dessert that I have already made. Third, I always like recipes that are simple yet delicious. Mango-Berry Delight doesn't disappoint. I made it with blueberries, strawberries AND raspberries. The mango provides a sweet but mellow flavor as the topping. DELICIOUS! I used Valencia orange juice (with lots of pulp); blending the mango and juice helps smooth the mango fibers. SUPER EASY! This is an absolutely great recipe for backyard BBQs or picnics. For presentation, I put the dessert in wine glasses and served with a mint leaf. For a more decadent dessert, I also added some whipped topping (okay it was a small amount so the recipe can still be healthy!). As I previously mentioned, I've done the same thing with berries and substituted mango sherbet. I chill the wine glasses then add the berries right before serving with a scoop of the sherbet. Delicious!"
"Very fresh tasting and wouldn't change a thing. I served with raspberries and strawberries. It is a great solution for a 4year who needs a sauce with everything. Made for ZWT 5."
"So easy, healthy and delicious! Kicked it up with a touch of coconut rum in the pureed mango.served in the skin of the mango. Garnished with pineapple mint. Made for ZWT5 part of my Menu #28661 . Gracia. Salud!"
