"As I would expect from a fellow Bum Bag Hag, this was really delish! I followed the directions exactly, except for that I only had somewhat smaller shrimp. This resulted in the shrimp getting overcooked somewhat as the sauce reduced, but that is not the fault of the recipe! I didn't add any feta or pine nuts, and didn't miss them. Made for ZWT6, Whine and Cheese."

"What an amazing gift of a recipe! I came home late from the vet, and needed to make something Fast, what I got was delectable, simple, impressive - and fast! A restaurant meal in a jiffy! If you haven't tried couscous, here is the ideal introduction. The instructions here are spot on, the taste is out of this world. DH couldn't believe I turned this out in less than half an hour, and virtually no cleaning up in the kitchen afterwards! For me, I might have added a little more lemon, because I adore that citrus tang, but for DH the lemon was perfect, now He would have liked a little more red pepper flakes! The suggested pine nuts might be nice, but personally, I wouldn't add feta to this. As I said... it's perfect as is!!! This is a jewel of a recipe, thanks so much for sharing, JB!
