"Excellent dish. I really love the extra crunch that the French-fried onions give it - and so flavorful too. I made some mushroom gravy in the pan after the pork was cooked to serve with it (beef broth, mushrooms, corn starch, and a bit of sour cream mixed in for extra creaminess), and it was a perfect pairing. Thank you for a great recipe - I will be making this again! Reviewed for PAC."
