"I got this recipe from one of Bobby Flay's shows and my family enjoys it."
Serving Size: 1 (23 g)
Servings Per Recipe: 4
"Delicious!! I love Bobby Flay's recipes!! The only thing I did differently was to add an extra tbl of brown sugar!! Thanks for posting! Also...wanted to add that I covered 3 racks of ribs with this rub and there was still enough leftover for another 2 racks, so it makes a lot."
"excellent rub!!!.I made this for ribs for a Memorial Day picnic, everyone wanted the recipe. I was out of chile powder so I used cajun seasoning mix. Fantastic on ribs. My husband tried it on his venison steak, and and beef steak. Now I'm told to always keep it on hand. Thanks for posting"
"This was so wonderful!!!!! We used this on beef ribs and put on the smoker. We added some BBQ sauce at the end to seal it in. Will use this recipe all the time!"
"This is a wonderful rub. I only use 1T salt, and that was plenty for us. I slow cooked baby back ribs in the oven and finished them off on the bbq. Would love to try it on chicken!! Thanks for the posting!"
"Best. Rib. Rub. Ever. Have been using this for years & so many people ask for the recipe that we just keep extra jars of it made up to give to people. We coat the ribs the night before & slow-smoke for the day, basting with BBQ sauce near the end. We apply it heavily, so this recipe does about 2 or 3 racks."
"I make two versions of this. I can't take too much heat and my husband LOVES the heat so in one recipe I cut the cayenne pepper in half. It's perfect on everything that we grill, bake or broil. The pork roast is the best. Love it!"
"This is the only rub that I use on my ribs !!!! Well balanced.....
It does make enough for about 4 racks of ribs but stores nicely in an air tight container... You will love it..."
