"This recipe was so good. Everyone enjoyed it, even someone who swore they "hated brie" ! She devoured the most before asking me "what kind of cheese is this?" Before cutting the cheese round horizontally , I ran my knife under hot water, then dried it off. This was the first time I made a lattice crust, it was very easy, not all of the weaving. I added 1 tablespoon of Grand Marnier in step 3 (along with the OJ) just for more depth in flavor. I will definitely be making this again! Thanks for posting ms_bold!"
