"what can I say...fantastic marinade thanks!"
"Wow, this was just perfect. I doubled the recipe for my three steaks (in the photos). I dumped everything into a ziploc, and that was placed inside of a cup, so it would be propped up. I dumped the steaks in and placed all that in a bowl to marinate. It was so good. One of the best I've had. I used the same mixture the next day with the left over steak, added some broccoli and chopped up red peppers and made a wrap. I used frozen garlic (bought at Whole Foods). I always have frozen garlic on hand!"
"This was very good - quite pungent and a strong flavor. The Worcestershire is pronounced, but the herbs & garlic also shone. I marinated about 24 hours because I had cube steaks and I hoped they might tenderize a bit. This marinade really did help! I will use this again."
"I have a ton of rosemary and thyme in my garden that I'm always looking to use up, so this recipe is a keeper! I made the marinade in the morning, came home and cooked the steaks for dinner and they were great! The fresh herbs really give the steak a nice flavor."
"Delicious! I really loved the Worcestershire sauce. Thank you!"
"This is by far one of the best recipes for steak i have ever tried. My hat is off to you."
"Wow! My husband is a meat dipper. He always needs ketchup, bbq sauce, etc to dip his meat in. This marinade was so flavorful that he didn't feel the need to dip it in anything! That says a lot! Thank you!"
"Was just the marinade(taste) I was looking for-nice and herb(y)-yet the olive oil gave it a subtle buttery taste Thank You!"
"Good marinade! Very strong flavor, so next time I will add my can of Cola like always, and that will sweeten it up a bit. This marinade reminds me of Italian Steak. Tasty!"
"This is a good way to make steaks on the barbeque. No fuss and very nice flavour. Steak was on sale in the bulk packs, so I marinaded some extra and froze them individually wrapped -- will come in handy later."
