"I have a love hate relationship with this recipe. It has great potential. For us it was too much citrus. I marinated for over 12 hours. The Sauce was thin exactly how you said. I tried to thicken it up quite a bit but I failed. I think it needs less soda. I will try this again and make some changes and rerate it at a later date. Overall it had good flavor and was tender. I made this for PAC 2009"
