"These are really really good! I used one whole egg and two egg whites and added 1/8 tsp baking powder, but everything else stayed exactly the same. Wonderful!"

"They were decent. I would add splenda next time. This is my first time making oatmeal pancakes, and after a few adjustments, these are a very different and satisying meal. I spread the pancakes with light butter and sprinkled with a cinnamon and splenda mixture, yummy!"
"These were really good! I agree that this is a "big" serving but I didn't think half the recipe would be enough, so I did some quick math in my head went for somewhere in the middle! I used about 1 tsp cinnamon, Eggbeaters & oat flour. I topped the pancakes with some natural peanut butter & bananas, and sugar free syrup. I didn't expect them to be so fluffy!! They were fantastic; thank you for sharing."
"Used ricotta cheese instead because I didn't have cottage cheese. Also added baking powder and Stevie sugar substitute. Texture was perfect, nice and light and fluffy. Want to try with cottage cheese next time to give it more flavor"
"Not quite the same as regular pancakes (they are a bit more dry) but they definitely satisfied my craving for sweets! I substituted ricotta instead of cottage cheese and made half the recipe and it was definitely enough for a light breakfast. I also added a packet of splenda which helped. I'll be making these again for sure! I think I will put more cinnamon next time and try with the banana mixed in. Maybe it will make it more moist?"
"Had them thismorning and i had never had low-carb pancakes. The mix smelled wonderful. The cakes slightly browned beautifully like traditional pancakes. They were good! I put bananas on them and sugar-free syrupp. Next time i make them i will make them pretty and submit a picture. LOVELY"
