"Great tasting soup! It freezes well too. So it is can be OAMC. Just cook it like directions. Cool then put in zip lock bags and freeze. I then defrost in fridge and heat it up either in the microwave, stovetop or crock pot for 1 hour or so on hihg."

"This was so easy and yummy. My kids loved it. I doubled the recipe and added 2 Tbl. ground cumin and 2 Tbl. chili powder. Served it with tortilla chips, goldfish crackers, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Loved the way the chicken turned out - very tender and moist and flavorful."
